​Payment & Booking
All treatments must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This policy allows us to secure your slot and dedicate our full time and resources to preparing for your exclusive treatment. Your appointment is confirmed only once payment is received.
​Cancellations & Refunds
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
​Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, 50% of your total payment is non-refundable to cover the reserved time on our calendar. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
​No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

​Dispatch Times
All orders are packed with care! We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. As some items are handmade to order, this ensures every product meets our high standards before it reaches you.
​Delivery Estimates
We ship via Royal Mail.
​Standard Delivery: Please allow 2-4 working days after dispatch.
​Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address provided.
​Returns & Damaged Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, soaps, or beauty bundles unless they arrive damaged.
​Damaged Order? Please email contact.makeup.meeee@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
​A Note on Our Handmade Goods
Because our soaps and bundles are handcrafted, small variations in color or design may occur. We believe this makes your item uniquely yours!
Patch Test
​Patch Testing (Important)
Your safety is our top priority. A patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours before treatments such as lash glue, tints,
​If you have not had a patch test with us before (or if it has been 6+ months), please contact us immediately to arrange one.
​Failure to complete a patch test will result in us being unable to perform the treatment, and the cancellation policy above will apply.
